Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops like Southern Grounds and Homespun, Publix grocery store, an assortment of restaurants like ABBQ, Flying Iguana, Mezza Luna, Sliders Oyster Bar, and more, and bars like Lemon Bar and Pete’s Bar. The kitchenette includes a large fridge, stove top, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot and a microwave! This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi! The clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided There is a guest manual with an Atlantic Beach guide including local favorites such as North Beach Fish Camp, Ragtime, COOP 303, the Local, and best brunch spots. We also provide information to rent bikes (our favorite way of getting around the beaches). Property sleeps 4 with King bed in bedroom and full size bed sleeper sofa in living room This unit is 1 of 4 identical units. There are 2 units one the top floor (2nd floor)and 2 units on the bottom floor. This unit is located on the top floor and there are 2 other units Please reach out to us about booking additional or multiple units! We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We had a great stay. The location is great, a lot of great of restaurants and close to the beach. The bed was super comfortable. It isn't a huge unit, but it's perfect for 2 people. The BBQ restaurant next door is really good, with a great happy hour. It was nice having a cool place to hang out next door. The only down side is they do show up early to start smoking, and they aren't real quiet. The parking can also be a little tight if you have a full size vehicle, but the host was great, and we made it work. I would definitely stay here again.

Location of this building is wonderful, clean comfortable space, with an amazingly comfy King bed. We were just 2, so we did not need the pull-out, so can't comment on it. It is right next to/behind a BBQ restaurant. We were a bit concerned about noise, but they respect the city ordinance and quiet down right at 10pm. It is a great, walkable location with restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, coffee, etc. very close, not to mention the beach only a 7-9min to walk. And just so you know, the available stove is a plug in double stove, that is stored under the counter, which worked well to make breakfast every day. We would definitely stay here again!! :)
