Space

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to Starbucks, Bold Bean local coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Huguenot Park which includes a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and a pond. This clean and newly built home includes smart TVs with Peacock and Max for free live TV and 1 Gigabyte of extremely fast Wi-Fi! 
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. 
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

This property typically does not allow pets but would be open to accommodate up to 1 dog if they are well behaved, house trained and do not have excess shedding. You must be willing to clean up after your dog and the dog cannot get on the beds/couches. The pet fee for an authorized dog will be $300. Any unauthorized pets will lead to a $500 fee.

Transit

There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

House Rules

ALL CORRESPONDENCE KEPT THROUGH AIRBNB PLATFORM: We have a team member watching the airbnb inbox 24/7 for all your needs and quick responses. Please do not text or call outside the airbnb platform unless it's an emergency or urgent. 

CITY ORDINANCES/QUIET HOURS- All guests agree to comply with ALL City Ordinances. Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 8:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and loss of any remaining rental funds.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - The cleaning crew must have adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by the designated check out time will incur a fee of $100 per hour.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. - Please do not enter the house before 4 p.m. without prior authorization. Unauthorized early check ins will be charged $100 per hour. In some cases, an Early Check In may be arranged.  You will need to message us the day of check in to confirm with the cleaning team when the property will be ready. 

SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. $300 - $1000 will be charged if there is any sign of smoking indoors or any butts/ash left outdoors

SAND CLEANING: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to wash off any sand before entering the house. Please beat any beach towels free of sand before putting them in the washing machine

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY- Illegal Activity including, but not limited to the possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property. No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. 

NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THIS PROPERTY:NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THIS PROPERTY: $500 fee if there is evidence of a pet during your stay. DAMAGES/FURNITURE- No moving furniture around. You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furniture and furnishings. Loss of these items as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest who is responsible for the booking.

REPAIRS:- We do our best to make sure everything is working properly but things can happen and break. PLEASE do not put off notifying us immediately as it could delay us getting the repair done quickly. Guests understand and agree that Managers may enter the rental property at any time for the purpose of making needed repairs. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to malfunction of appliances or equipment. 

CANCELLATIONS- Please be aware of the cancellation policy before booking! 

HOUSE PARTIES/ EVENTS-ARE NOT ALLOWED  – Guests agree that more than the number of people stated on the booking are not allowed on the property unless authorized by Manager. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. 

PARKING: 1 parking spots available. No commercial vehicles allowed

We rented this home so we could vacation with my extended family. We were very happy with the open layout of the home, the good sized bedrooms, and that it was nicely decorated and well-equipped for a large group. We had plenty of supplies of utensils, cups, plates and lots of pots and pans in the kitchen. There were so many other thoughtful touches like quality furnishings, lots of games (which was great as we wound up having a tropical storm that kept us indoors a few days), beach towels and equipment. We also enjoyed the charcoal grill (and the supplies were provided), the cornhole comfy chairs outdoors. Coco was a very kind and gracious hosts and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our stay was fantastic! House was nice and new. The beach is so close and it was very easy to take the kids there to play. Tons of great groceries and amenities all around this spot. We were so thankful we stayed in this house at this location! Coco was super communicative and house was stellar.
