Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes smart TVs, WIFI, beach towels, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Milano's Italian, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. The bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The property also has a free washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use. House Rules
ALL CORRESPONDENCE KEPT THROUGH AIRBNB PLATFORM: We have a team member watching the airbnb inbox 24/7 for all your needs and quick responses. Please do not text or call outside the airbnb platform unless it's an emergency or urgent. CITY ORDINANCES/QUIET HOURS- All guests agree to comply with ALL City Ordinances. Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 8:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and loss of any remaining rental funds. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - The cleaning crew must have adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by the designated check out time will incur a fee of $100 per hour. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. - Please do not enter the house before 4 p.m. without prior authorization. Unauthorized early check ins will be charged $100 per hour. In some cases, an Early Check In may be arranged. You will need to message us the day of check in to confirm with the cleaning team when the property will be ready. SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. $300 - $1000 will be charged if there is any sign of smoking indoors or any butts/ash left outdoors SAND CLEANING: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to wash off any sand before entering the house. Please beat any beach towels free of sand before putting them in the washing machine ILLEGAL ACTIVITY- Illegal Activity including, but not limited to the possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property. No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. PETS (DOGS ONLY) - $150 non refundable Pet Fee. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE, BEDDING, FURNISHINGS OR IN THE POOL/SPA. An additional fee will be charged if there is any evidence of pets on furniture, bedding,. DAMAGES/FURNITURE- No moving furniture around. You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furniture and furnishings. Loss of these items as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest who is responsible for the booking. REPAIRS:- We do our best to make sure everything is working properly but things can happen and break. PLEASE do not put off notifying us immediately as it could delay us getting the repair done quickly. Guests understand and agree that Managers may enter the rental property at any time for the purpose of making needed repairs. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to malfunction of appliances or equipment. CANCELLATIONS- Please be aware of the cancellation policy before booking! HOUSE PARTIES/ EVENTS-ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guests agree that more than the number of people stated on the booking are not allowed on the property unless authorized by Manager. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. PARKING: 2 designated parking spots available. Shared Guest parking also first come first serve. No commercial vehicles allowed By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all items listed and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age. Mealer Management serves as the agent and representatives of all owners of the vacation rental property and rental program, and is acting at all times, in and for the best interest of the owners

The pros: • incredibly nice hosts & quick to respond to all messages • Awesome location - close to beach, restaurants & lots to do • (surface level) SUPER cute • easy check in & out • nice beach chairs The cons: • tub did not hold water with drain closed • washer and dryer were very finicky - washer button was hard to press & dryer took several cycles to dry clothes • bare bones as far as amenities Our specific experience: When we got there the floor was dirty, the upstairs toilet was dirty, there was sand on the counters and wet laundry in the washer and dryer. I messaged and got prompt responses that were very nice and also professional. They asked to send cleaning crew back the next day, which we were ok with even though I cleaned it when we got there. The upstairs wasn’t touched and downstairs maybe had a quick sweep after they came back.
