Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Minutes away from South Beach Park, restaurants, stores and the ocean! A clean and updated home that features Smart TV, WIFI, 4 beach chairs and fully stocked kitchen. The backyard includes a grill, outdoor dining and patio.

Perfect location for everything you need. Just minutes from the beach, Bold Bean coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi! The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots. There is a backyard patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the Florida weather! If you are bringing your fur buddy, there is not a fully fenced back yard currently so please have a leash or watch your buddy :) The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed with smart TV and a private bathroom 2nd Bedroom: two twin size beds 3rd Bedroom: Queen sized bed The Coco Cottage includes comfortable couches and an air mattress, so you can comfortably sleep 8 people! Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo. We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. There is a park within a 0.3 mile walk away with a turf field, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts and a playground! If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you! We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!
House Rules
-Pet fee: $150 to be paid prior to check in via Airbnb money transfer. Bookings made within 24 hours prior to check-in time and date are not refundable. No exceptions - Strict 11 AM check out time. Unauthorized late check outs will result into a $100-$300 fine -Keep all correspondence on the Airbnb message platform. - In the event of a formal noise complaint that results in a citation to the owner of the property, the deposit will not be refunded. - No smoking inside and dispose of butts appropriately if smoking outside. - Use provided disposable make up wipes to remove makeup. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit. -Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7am EST per city laws -No commercial vehicles - 4 parking spots available -No Parties Lead based paint disclosure: Although this home owner possesses no knowledge of its existence in the home, housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children
