It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops like Southern Grounds and Homespun, Publix grocery store, an assortment of restaurants like ABBQ, Flying Iguana, Mezza Luna, Sliders Oyster Bar, and more, and bars like Lemon Bar and Pete’s Bar. The kitchenette includes a large fridge, stove top, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot and a microwave! This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi! The clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided There is a guest manual with an Atlantic Beach guide including local favorites such as North Beach Fish Camp, Ragtime, COOP 303, the Local, and best brunch spots. We also provide information to rent bikes (our favorite way of getting around the beaches). Property sleeps 3 with queen bed in bedroom and convertible twin sized sleeper sofa in living room This unit is 1 of 4 identical units. Please reach out to us about booking additional or multiple units! We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. We had a wonderful weekend. The location is right in the middle of everything. Walk to restaurants, beach, etc. Right next door to ABBQ. Step outside every morning and it smells like bacon and bbq. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This spot was perfect for a quick surf trip to Jax! The location couldn’t be better—right between the Poles and the Pier. My boyfriend and I loved our morning walks straight to the beach, and it’s also just a short stroll to a cute downtown with plenty of shops. 10/10 recommend!

Clean spaces and responsive host. However, there is no way to lock the main door to the building which feels unsafe. Other than that it is a decent place to stay in AB for a couple of nights.

Perfect location. 10min walk to the beach. Felt completely safe. Stayed there by myself with my young kids to visit family in town. We walked to morning sunrise a couple of mornings and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood and to the beach. The neighborhood is well kept/clean with a fun, beechy vibe. Plenty of great restaurants options at different budgets. Other reviewers commented on the restaurant noise from next door, we stayed Sunday - Thursday and never noticed any of the noise or music from their patio. They do have a sofa bed but I wouldn’t recommend it as a bed option for any adults, more suitable for younger kids. I would stay again. It was very affordable for the area.
