READ BEFORE BOOKING: NO FRONT 2ND FLOOR BALCONY ACCESS DURING MARCH/APRIL 2026. PENIDNG REPAIR THAT DOES NOT AFFECT THE REST OF THE HOUSE. NO CONSTRUCTION WILL BE DONE DURING YOUR STAY. The balcony is very small and we are confident there is no lack of quality due to this but simply advertising this for transparency. Discounted pricing already applied for this for the month of march/april!! Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the sand and a short walk to Starbucks and Breezy's coffee shops, an assortment of restaurants, and a few minutes from Whole Foods grocery stores. The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Nespresso coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill. There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. This unit is walking distance to Beach hut Cafe, Bono’s Pit BBQ, Kamiya 86 and Eleventh South Bistro. First Floor: Fully Stocked Kitchen Living Room 1 Half size bathroom Second Floor: Primary Bedroom: King Sized Bed with full private bathroom that includes a Balcony 1 Full size bathroom 2nd Bedroom: triple twin bunk beds (3 total twin size beds) 3rd bedroom: Queen size bed 4th bedroom: twin bed with trundle Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 11 people! There is a Whole Foods 0.7 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you! We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!
House Rules
- Pet fee 150$ per stay. One small dog only. -No children under 5 in the hot tub spa / jacuzzi. Children under the age of 12 must be under parents’ constant supervision when near or in the hot tub. Remove sand off before entering the hot tub. The sand is very damaging to the hot tub filter. No glass items allowed near and inside the hot tub. No food, drink, sand, body lotion, oils, make up and pets allowed in the hot tub. If evidence of such items is found, a $300 non-refundable fee will be charged. ALL CORRESPONDENCE KEPT THROUGH AIRBNB PLATFORM: We have a team member watching the airbnb inbox 24/7 for all your needs and quick responses. Please do not text or call outside the airbnb platform unless it's an emergency or urgent. CITY ORDINANCES/QUIET HOURS- All guests agree to comply with ALL City Ordinances. Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 8:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and loss of any remaining rental funds. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - The cleaning crew must have adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by the designated check out time will incur a fee of $100 per hour. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. - Please do not enter the house before 4 p.m. without prior authorization. Unauthorized early check ins will be charged $100 per hour. In some cases, an Early Check In may be arranged. You will need to message us the day of check in to confirm with the cleaning team when the property will be ready. SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. $300 - $1000 will be charged if there is any sign of smoking indoors or any butts/ash left outdoors SAND CLEANING: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to wash off any sand before entering the house. Please beat any beach towels free of sand before putting them in the washing machine ILLEGAL ACTIVITY- Illegal Activity including, but not limited to the possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property. No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. PETS (DOGS ONLY) - $150 non refundable Pet Fee. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE, BEDDING, FURNISHINGS OR IN THE POOL/SPA. An additional fee will be charged if there is any evidence of pets on furniture, bedding. DAMAGES/FURNITURE- No moving furniture around. You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furniture and furnishings. Loss of these items as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest who is responsible for the booking. REPAIRS:- We do our best to make sure everything is working properly but things can happen and break. PLEASE do not put off notifying us immediately as it could delay us getting the repair done quickly. Guests understand and agree that Managers may enter the rental property at any time for the purpose of making needed repairs. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to malfunction of appliances or equipment. CANCELLATIONS- Please be aware of the cancellation policy before booking! HOUSE PARTIES/ EVENTS-ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guests agree that more than the number of people stated on the booking are not allowed on the property unless authorized by Manager. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. PARKING: 2 parking spots available. No commercial vehicles allowed By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all items listed and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

We had a great family vacation. The beds were so comfortable and the 4 bedrooms gave us all the space we needed. Well stocked kitchen. Large living room and huge dinning room table for our meals. The backyard couch and chairs were great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hot tub was a hit with everyone, and having the outdoor shower with HOT water was great. Very quiet neighborhood. Coco responded immediately to all my questions and was very helpful by buying new pillows and kitchen towels! There are 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and sand toys for us to use. We did drive to the beach and parked at my daughter’s home. The beach parking lots fill up quickly, so on the weekends one should arrive early. The beach was beautiful. Great waves for boogie boarding. And the swimming was safe. I will definitely book with Coco when we visit again!
