This home is in the perfect location, minutes to the ocean, restaurants, Mayo Clinic and more! It is equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes a fully stocked kitchen, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, Smart TVs, a beautiful pool with set up with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, beach chairs, beach towels, and a charcoal grill.

Perfect place for a coastal get away. You will have a beautifully maintained pool surrounded with lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set. The Pool table, ping pong( in the garage now) table and dart board are perfect for trips with the whole family. The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You will have beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy by the pool or take to the beach! There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use. There is a park within a 1 mile walk away with a turf field, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts and a playground! If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you! We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

INDEMNIFICATION AND WAIVER: We maintain our property with the utmost care and regard for our guests’ safety. All guests are responsible for their own actions and the actions of any minor children during the course of their stay. Guests assume all risks associated with swimming and should only use the areas that are designated. No diving is permitted
House Rules
ALL CORRESPONDENCE KEPT THROUGH AIRBNB PLATFORM: We have a team member watching the airbnb inbox 24/7 for all your needs and quick responses. Please do not text or call outside the airbnb platform unless it's an emergency or urgent. CITY ORDINANCES/QUIET HOURS- All guests agree to comply with ALL City Ordinances. Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 8:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and loss of any remaining rental funds. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - The cleaning crew must have adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by the designated check out time will incur a fee of $100 per hour. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. - Please do not enter the house before 4 p.m. without prior authorization. Unauthorized early check ins will be charged $100 per hour. In some cases, an Early Check In may be arranged. You will need to message us the day of check in to confirm with the cleaning team when the property will be ready. SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. $300 - $1000 will be charged if there is any sign of smoking indoors or any butts/ash left outdoors SAND CLEANING: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to wash off any sand before entering the house. Please beat any beach towels free of sand before putting them in the washing machine ILLEGAL ACTIVITY- Illegal Activity including, but not limited to the possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property. No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. PETS (DOGS ONLY) - $150 non refundable Pet Fee. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE, BEDDING, FURNISHINGS OR IN THE POOL/SPA. An additional fee will be charged if there is any evidence of pets on furniture, bedding. DAMAGES/FURNITURE- No moving furniture around. You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furniture and furnishings. Loss of these items as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest who is responsible for the booking. NO USE OF FIREPLACE: The fireplace is not operable. USE MAKE UP TOWELS PROVIDED: You will be responsible for make up stains left on our white towels/linens that aren’t able to come out in the wash REPAIRS:- We do our best to make sure everything is working properly but things can happen and break. PLEASE do not put off notifying us immediately as it could delay us getting the repair done quickly. Guests understand and agree that Managers may enter the rental property at any time for the purpose of making needed repairs. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to malfunction of appliances or equipment. CANCELLATIONS- Please be aware of the cancellation policy before booking! HOUSE PARTIES/ EVENTS-ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guests agree that more than the number of people stated on the booking are not allowed on the property unless authorized by Manager. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. PARKING: 6 parking spots available. No commercial vehicles allowed SWIMMING POOL: Use of the swimming pool is at the guests own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool, equipment, or surrounding area, and charged for the correction of the problem. By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all items listed and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age.

We had such a wonderful stay at Jacksonville Beach! It was our first little family trip with our 6-month-old and our two pups, and the place couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was amazing—so close to the beach and local spots. Our host was kind, responsive, and made everything super easy. We’re so grateful for the memories we made here and would definitely love to come back!

Lovely house in a very nice, quiet community close to everything. The pool was very private, clean and enjoyable. Having linens and towels provided was super convenient as was the digital front door lock. The pool table, dart board, and ping pong table added even more at-home fun. Really appreciated the large kitchen with nice appliances and easily accessed washer/dryer.

Coco is always available as a contact person and answers within minutes, which helped us a lot during our stay. If we had a problem or request, Coco and her team took care of it immediately and solved everything to our satisfaction. The house is located in a nice residential area of Jax Beach with friendly neighbors and only a few minutes by car from various beach accesses. Within 10 minutes you can find everything you need for your vacation in the vacation home. We particularly liked the really large and very clean pool, which was also regularly cleaned by a pool boy during our stay. The house is well furnished and offers enough space for 4 adults and two children. The house also has a garage, which you can also use. The pool table in the living room was also nice and we enjoyed using it.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Jacksonville! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool—it was crystal clear, well-kept, and perfect for both relaxing and playing with the kids. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our family truly enjoyed our time here and made so many great memories. We would absolutely stay again and recommend this home to anyone looking for a family-friendly retreat in Jacksonville! Coco was very responsive through out our whole stay as well.

Friends & I were coming from several states to celebrate a birthday- which can be hard to do as working adults. We found this property & were very excited! Check in was very smoothly, and we did not have many issues. Any small issues we ran into, the hosts responded very quickly each time & always made sure to ask if there was anything they could do. The pool was definitely the best part of the house, and it was very clean! Pool cleaners & yard work were done early morning without interfering w/ our plans. Overall, we loved being here! This was our first time being in Jacksonville, and I would love to come back for another trip, especially as the beach is not as busy as ones I’m used to! Highly recommend booking as you won’t regret it!
