Renovated by a local interior designer, you will appreciate every detail. This home is the bottom unit of a duplex with a separate, private entrance. The home is complete with all the cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, fast WIFI, and a record player with classic records for your enjoyment. The newly renovated bathroom has towels provided for each guest as well as soap, shampoo / conditioner and a blow dryer. The unit also has a Washer and Dryer for your use. Sleeping spaces: Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed, smart TV, closet 2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed and closet Florida Room: Twin size bed with pull out trundle bed (twin size) and a desk. -No Parties or events -Pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check in, NO CATS. Dogs are not allowed on bed. -No use of the fireplace - Strict 11 AM check out time. Unauthorized late check outs will result into a $100-$300 fine -Bookings made within 24 hours prior to check-in time and date are not refundable. No exceptions -Keep all correspondence on the Airbnb message platform. - In the event of a formal noise complaint that results in a citation to the owner of the property, the deposit will not be refunded. - No smoking. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit. -Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7am EST per city laws

Our stay was great. The house is nice- host is responsive. We did have an issue with the shower curtain which caused water to be all over the floor our entire stay while showering. The host was aware but unfortunately wasn’t able to help. This did cause a huge inconvenience because who wants to step out the shower on soaked wet towels? :/ other than that, the stay was nice we would definitely book again. We appreciate it.

Our stay was simply perfect! Coco was quick to reply, very professional and accommodating. The house was even better than the pictures (which are stunning) and can’t beat the location! We will definitely be back :)

The place is really clean and greatly renovated. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. The river, playground and shops are all in walkable distance. It would have been perfect if there was a second toilet in the apartment.

Coco place was very quaint and well decorated. The location was wonderful and the neighborhood was very nice to walk. It was located near great restaurants and coffee shops. However the home lacked the small details for a live in space. The house wasn’t stocked with the kitchen basics that are listed in the description nor was there enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay. The bamboo curtains allowed for too much light to come in for us to get a good rest at night. These are just small things to make this wonderful place even better. Thanks!

Coco’s place is lovely, spacious and very well located. We could walk to restaurants and the place is very private. I gave 4 stars because the bathroom and the kitchen were not as clean as one would expect. Other than that we had a great time. I would stay there again. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is truly perfect- a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets that is just a short, pleasant walk to so many amazing restaurants and shops. The home has been fully renovated/updated, and very thoughtfully decorated- it’s easy to tell that alot of effort and intention went into making the home aesthetically appealing as well as very comfortable. The home was very clean and had everything you would need, including the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever had at any Airbnb. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Great spot to stay in Avondale! Clean, renovated, had a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious and stylish. Two large bedrooms and a sun porch with a day bed and trundle. We were there celebrating our son’s graduation, we will definitely be back again! Thank you Coco!
