Renovated by a local interior designer, you will appreciate every detail. This home is the bottom unit of a duplex with a separate, private entrance. The home is complete with all the cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, fast WIFI, and a record player with classic records for your enjoyment. The newly renovated bathroom has towels provided for each guest as well as soap, shampoo / conditioner and a blow dryer. The unit also has a Washer and Dryer for your use. Sleeping spaces: Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed, smart TV, closet 2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed and closet Florida Room: Twin size bed with pull out trundle bed (twin size) and a desk. No exceptions -Keep all correspondence on the Airbnb message platform. - In the event of a formal noise complaint that results in a citation to the owner of the property, the deposit will not be refunded. - No smoking. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit. -Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7am EST per city laws
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

This stay was 10/10! We loved every second and were extremely grateful for the detail, cleanliness and ease of booking. The decor and layout were incredible and impressive. The home was just a short walk to stunning Avondale where charm is found on every corner. The neighbors were friendly and we felt right at home!
