Perfect location for everything you need. Minutes from TPC Sawgrass, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes beach towels, smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Anejo, Nona Blue, and best brunch spots.
There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the Florida weather! If you are bringing your fur buddy, you get to enjoy a fully fenced back yard. 
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.
Primary Bedroom: King size bed with smart TV and a private bathroom
2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed 
3rd Bedroom: Queen sized bed and a Twin Bed
Comfortable couches and an air mattress, so you can comfortably sleep 8 people!
Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.

House Rules

ALL CORRESPONDENCE KEPT THROUGH AIRBNB PLATFORM: We have a team member watching the airbnb inbox 24/7 for all your needs and quick responses. Please do not text or call outside the airbnb platform unless it's an emergency or urgent. 

CITY ORDINANCES/QUIET HOURS- All guests agree to comply with ALL City Ordinances. Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 8:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and loss of any remaining rental funds.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - The cleaning crew must have adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by the designated check out time will incur a fee of $100 per hour.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. - Please do not enter the house before 4 p.m. without prior authorization. Unauthorized early check ins will be charged $100 per hour. In some cases, an Early Check In may be arranged.  You will need to message us the day of check in to confirm with the cleaning team when the property will be ready. 

SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. $300 - $1000 will be charged if there is any sign of smoking indoors or any butts/ash left outdoors

SAND CLEANING: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to wash off any sand before entering the house. Please beat any beach towels free of sand before putting them in the washing machine

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY- Illegal Activity including, but not limited to the possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property. No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. 

PETS (DOGS ONLY)  -  $150 non refundable Pet Fee.  PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE, BEDDING, FURNISHING. An additional fee will be charged if there is any evidence of pets on furniture, bedding.

DAMAGES/FURNITURE- No moving furniture around. You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furniture and furnishings. Loss of these items as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest who is responsible for the booking.

NO USE OF FIREPLACE: The fireplace is not operable. 

USE MAKE UP TOWELS PROVIDED: You will be responsible for make up stains left on our white towels/linens that aren’t able to come out in the wash

REPAIRS:- We do our best to make sure everything is working properly but things can happen and break. PLEASE do not put off notifying us immediately as it could delay us getting the repair done quickly. Guests understand and agree that Managers may enter the rental property at any time for the purpose of making needed repairs. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to malfunction of appliances or equipment. 

CANCELLATIONS- Please be aware of the cancellation policy before booking! 

HOUSE PARTIES/ EVENTS-ARE NOT ALLOWED  – Guests agree that more than the number of people stated on the booking are not allowed on the property unless authorized by Manager. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. 

PARKING: 4 parking spots available. No commercial vehicles allowed

We really enjoyed our stay! We came for a work conference and wanted to bring our pups. This fit the bill perfectly! It was 10 min from the conference in an established neighborhood. We felt very comfortable walking our dogs although there was plenty of space in the backyard for them to hang as well. While it was dog friendly, it was very bright and clean and you couldn’t tell or smell that dogs had been there if you know what I mean. :) It had everything we needed - coffee, fridge with filtered water, plenty of towels, extra blankets, shampoo etc It’s a quick 3-5 min drive to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and had great recs of places to eat and things to do.

Host was extremely responsive and friendly. While the house was clean, it’s old and could use a really good deep clean. No blackout curtains which would have been nice when traveling with little kids. The tub stopper didn’t work so the kids couldn’t take a bath. General updating/upkeep is what I would recommend. Overall we enjoyed our time in Florida and we thank the host for allowing us to stay.

We were in Ponte Vedra for a wedding at Sawgrass, and Coco's place served us well. It is not new, but extremely clean and conveniently located. We had everything we needed for our brief stay. Coco was an excellent host, responding very quickly to all our inquiries and requests.

Coco es muy amable y cuando necesité de ella respondió rápido y solucionó lo que le pedí; sin embargo en mi opinión le falta mantenimiento a la casa. Nadie a recortado las plantas de la entrada se ve que desde hace mucho tiempo y el jardín y puerta trasera está totalmente descuidado. Los muebles son baratos y un poco incómodos, las sillas del comedor muy duras y una pequeña salida en el porche muy vieja y descuidada. Las camas SI son bastante cómodas y me gusto que la lavadora y secadora son bastante grandes. La refrigeradora si se ve nueva pero la estufa demasido vieja y descuidada. La vajilla y batería de cocina barata y descuidada. En general la casa si es habitable y los espacios grandes pero por el precio que pagué esperaba algo mucho mejor.
