Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to Starbucks, Bold Bean local coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Huguenot Park which includes a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and a pond. This clean and newly built home includes smart TVs with Peacock and Max for free live TV and 1 Gigabyte of extremely fast Wi-Fi! The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything you will need to feel at home! There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use. First Floor: 1 Full size bathroom 2nd bedroom: Queen size bed 3rd bedroom: 2 Twin beds 4th bedroom flex: Day bed with a Trundle pull out and a dedicated work space desk. We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you! We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.
House Rules
ALL CORRESPONDENCE KEPT THROUGH AIRBNB PLATFORM: We have a team member watching the airbnb inbox 24/7 for all your needs and quick responses. Please do not text or call outside the airbnb platform unless it's an emergency or urgent. CITY ORDINANCES/QUIET HOURS- All guests agree to comply with ALL City Ordinances. Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 8:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and loss of any remaining rental funds. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - The cleaning crew must have adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by the designated check out time will incur a fee of $100 per hour. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. - Please do not enter the house before 4 p.m. without prior authorization. Unauthorized early check ins will be charged $100 per hour. In some cases, an Early Check In may be arranged. You will need to message us the day of check in to confirm with the cleaning team when the property will be ready. SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. $300 - $1000 will be charged if there is any sign of smoking indoors or any butts/ash left outdoors SAND CLEANING: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to wash off any sand before entering the house. Please beat any beach towels free of sand before putting them in the washing machine ILLEGAL ACTIVITY- Illegal Activity including, but not limited to the possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property. No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THIS PROPERTY:NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THIS PROPERTY: $500 fee if there is evidence of a pet during your stay. If you are unable to find other arrangements for your pet, we have other properties that allow pets! his property typically does not allow pets but would be open to accommodate up to 1 dog (no cats) if they are well behaved, house trained and do not have excess shedding. REPAIRS:- We do our best to make sure everything is working properly but things can happen and break. PLEASE do not put off notifying us immediately as it could delay us getting the repair done quickly. Guests understand and agree that Managers may enter the rental property at any time for the purpose of making needed repairs. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to malfunction of appliances or equipment. CANCELLATIONS- Please be aware of the cancellation policy before booking! HOUSE PARTIES/ EVENTS-ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guests agree that more than the number of people stated on the booking are not allowed on the property unless authorized by Manager. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. PARKING: 1 parking spots available. No commercial vehicles allowed By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all items listed and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

Immaculately clean. One of the cleanest AIRBNBs Ive ever stayed in. Tip Top shape. The unit is spacious and well appointed. They have spices in the kitchen which is always nice. The location is great. The home is very very nice. No noisy neighbors. Great amenities and very nice hosts. I travel to Jax twice a month for business and I will never stay anywhere else going forward.

Truly a 10/10 stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked. It had everything we could possibly need, including plenty of extra towels (which is surprisingly rare) and lots of extra blankets for added comfort. The property also comes equipped with all the beach essentials, making our trip even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the location, just a block from the beach, which made it so convenient for my family and me to come and go throughout the day. We had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, this was my second time. Both visits the house was super clean and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The tall ceiling and large windows make the place feel open and bright. Very short walks to the beach, Starbucks, a great burger, or an elevated dining experience. When going back, I’ll look at the availability of this location first.

5 stars cannot put into words how amazing this place was! When it says “close to the beach” that is literally what it means, no exaggeration. The home itself was easily accessible, Amazing decor and clean, and let’s not forget about the beach access 90 seconds away from the front door. The host was very responsive and the recommendations for places and adventures nearby added the perfect touch!! I would definitely book this air bnb again if I find myself in Jacksonville.
