There is a Whole foods walking distance in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you! We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.
Notes
Things to know! - Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt. -Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days. -We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. -This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. House Rules
ALL CORRESPONDENCE KEPT THROUGH AIRBNB PLATFORM: We have a team member watching the airbnb inbox 24/7 for all your needs and quick responses. Please do not text or call outside the airbnb platform unless it's an emergency or urgent. CITY ORDINANCES/QUIET HOURS- All guests agree to comply with ALL City Ordinances. Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 8:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and loss of any remaining rental funds. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - The cleaning crew must have adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by the designated check out time will incur a fee of $100 per hour. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. - Please do not enter the house before 4 p.m. without prior authorization. Unauthorized early check ins will be charged $100 per hour. In some cases, an Early Check In may be arranged. You will need to message us the day of check in to confirm with the cleaning team when the property will be ready. SMOKING- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. $300 - $1000 will be charged if there is any sign of smoking indoors or any butts/ash left outdoors SAND CLEANING: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to wash off any sand before entering the house. Please beat any beach towels free of sand before putting them in the washing machine NO WALKING ON DUNES: The beach access is directly left of the building. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY- Illegal Activity including, but not limited to the possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property. No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THIS PROPERTY: $500 fee if there is evidence of a pet during your stay. If you are unable to find other arrangements for your pet, we have other properties that allow pets! Any unauthorized pets will lead to a $500 fee. DAMAGES/FURNITURE- No moving furniture around. You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furniture and furnishings. Loss of these items as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest who is responsible for the booking. NO USE OF FIREPLACE: The fireplace is not operable. REPAIRS:- We do our best to make sure everything is working properly but things can happen and break. PLEASE do not put off notifying us immediately as it could delay us getting the repair done quickly. Guests understand and agree that Managers may enter the rental property at any time for the purpose of making needed repairs. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to malfunction of appliances or equipment. CANCELLATIONS- Please be aware of the cancellation policy before booking! HOUSE PARTIES/ EVENTS-ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guests agree that more than the number of people stated on the booking are not allowed on the property unless authorized by Manager. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. PARKING: 2 parking spots available. No commercial vehicles allowed By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all items listed and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age. Mealer Management serves as the agent and representatives of all owners of the vacation rental property and rental program, and is acting at all times, in and for the best interest of the owners

Beautiful views of ocean and beach from house, short walk to beach. Roomy kitchen and living room, enjoyed morning coffee on balcony, also relaxing at night on balcony. Wish we had more time to rent bikes, nice area to ride bikes. We would rent again if in the Jacksonville Beach area.
